An Helpdesk user console for a company with a large number of Apple Macintosh computers. The console needed to render the same on IE 6 & 7, Firefox and Safari so the design is CSS based and standards compliant.

Helpdesk incidents output in PDF format by means of an icon on the View Incidents page. The PDF content is generated by the server using the open-source iTextSharp pdf library.
